Fill a lowball glass with ice to the brim.
Pour 2 oz of vodka and 1 oz of coffee liqueur over the ice.
Add 3/4 oz of hazelnut liqueur for that nutty twist.
Gently float 1 oz of heavy cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon, to create layers.
Stir slightly before serving to blend the creamy layer with the rest of the cocktail, or leave layered for visual appeal.
